Introduction to Tantra
- What is Sacred Sexuality?
- What is the purpose of intimate tantric connection? How can tapping into kundilini energy heal and improve our relationships and our lives and deepen out connection to the Devine? In this basic introduction we will answer many of these questions and give an insight into different Sacred Sexual practices. Bring your questions and an open heart.

- Leading the workshop is Robyn Trask an experienced Sacred Sex practitioner and teacher. Robyn has been a student and teacher of Sacred Sexual practices for over twenty years studying both Taoist and Tantric Sacred Sexual teachings. Throughout her twenties studied the teachings of Mantak Chia and other Sacred Sex teachers. She expanded her studies at the age of 29 when she dedicated herself to a spiritual sexual path studying the works of Margot Anond, Douglas Abrams and other Tantric practitioners. Robyn began teaching and Facilitating Sacred Sex workshops in 1998. Her approach is to integrate different types of energy within each person with intention and a holistic approach. Robyn has been a Tantra Practitioner for 23 and is working to shift the narrow paradigm of our current culture in terms of relationship choice and sexuality.

Polyamory coed potluck discussion group
- Facilitator: Robyn Trask
- Fourth Sunday of each month.
- This confidential group is dedicated to supporting people who choose to live a lifestyle that includes committed, loving relationships with more than one intimate partner. We do this by sharing information and personal experiences. We seek to improve awareness, understanding, and acceptance of polyamory as a valid and viable alternative to monogamy. All orientations and poly-curious are welcome.

Awakening the Goddess Within

- Women-only workshop. Limit: 12 Goddess women
- Learn to awaken and embrace your sexual energy and the sexual Goddess within you. Discover the wonders and joys of being a woman. We will explore female sexuality, sensuality, arousal, self pleasure, body movement, and much more in a sacred and safe setting. Join other women in sharing our laughter, pain, hopes, and joys. Intro to Essential Oils for Healing
- Learn about therapeutic essential oils the lifeblood of plants and how they can be used effectively on pain, depression, and infection. Cost: Free
Raindrop Technique class (must attend Intro to oils)
- Raindrop technique is based on the theory that many diseases and spinal misalignments are caused by viruses and /or bacteria that lie dormant in the spine. These diseases and bacteria are surrounded by inflammation, which create discomfort. It is thought by ancient and modern healing traditions that life force is held within the spine. The essential oils skillfully applied along the spine release impurities, toxins, pathogens and blocks. Cost: $65
- Instructor Claudia Lanigan has performed thousand of therapies, facilitated workshops, and teaches healing techniques nationwide. She has studied a variety of healing modalities for the past 23 years and holds certification in massage therapy, multi linage reiki, EMF, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, DNA, holographic repatterning, and time-line therapy.

- Covers aspects and major planetary patterns. Learn how to find aspects and interpret angles and patterns.
Ast 103: Blending the Basics (6 weeks)

- This course brings together the basics of astrology. Deepen your understanding of what planets mean in relationship to sign, house, and aspects.
Ast 201: Intro To Synthesis (8 weeks)
- Chart interpretation. Learn advanced techniques to find themes in a natal chart.
Ast 202: Synthesis (6 weeks)
- Instructor: Robyn Trask
- In this hands-on class, you'll practice astrology by delineating the charts of each person in the class. Apply the techniques learned thus far.
Ast 203: Transits and Panetary Cycles (6 weeks)
- Learn how transits affect the natal chart. Apply cycles of planetary transits.
Sacred Pleasures and Partnership Society
- Instructor: Robyn Trask
- Explore the history of sexual love and sacred sexuality. Discuss how the partnership vs. dominator models of relationships affect both society and individuals.
Overcoming Negative Sexual Conditioning

- Negative sexual conditioning can come from society, family, and ourselves. Learn to get in touch with pleasure and loving energy - and to recognize and heal your fears and armoring.
Love, Sex, Relationships, and Variety
- 5 weeks, beginning Date To be Announced
- Get answers to all your burning questions about love, sex, relationships, and eroticism. Course covers Tantra and sacred sexuality; bondage, discipline and sadomasochism; fetishes; alternatives to monogamy such as swinging, polyamory, and polyfidelity; and bisexual, gay, and lesbian loving. The fetishes class session will offer basic information on various fetishes as well as resources for further research, support, and exploration.
